Terms of Use
These terms cover the EarVoyage apps and earvoyage.com, run by Exoself Systems ("we"). By using EarVoyage you agree to them. You must be at least 13 to use EarVoyage.
Your account
You can listen as a guest or sign in with Google, Apple, or email. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, Delete account) or at earvoyage.com/delete-account.
Coins
Coins are a virtual currency used only to unlock episodes in EarVoyage. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not refundable except where the law or the store's refund policy requires it. Purchased coins do not expire. Bonus coins (from rewards, offers, check-ins, and promotions) expire 30 days after they are granted and are spent before purchased coins. An unlocked episode stays unlocked for as long as you have your account.
VIP
VIP is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every episode while it is active. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before it renews, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. An introductory price applies only to the first period and only once. Deleting your account does not cancel VIP. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Ads and offers
You can watch optional ads or complete offers from partners to earn bonus coins. Partners run their own offers under their own terms; we grant coins only when the partner confirms an offer is complete.
Reviews
Reviews must be about the story. Do not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, spam, or someone else's private information, and do not impersonate anyone. Listeners can report reviews in the app. We remove reviews that break these rules and may suspend accounts that keep breaking them.
Our content
The stories, audio, and artwork belong to us or our licensors. You may listen for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, redistribute, or resell them, and do not misuse the service, for example by automating rewards or tampering with the apps.
